Overview

The C2100 is a cost-effective compact Ethernet switch to support the packet-based transport technology that is based upon circuit-based transport networking. It has been designed for mobile fronthaul networks with demanding subscriber bandwidth requirements and rigid quality-ofservice and security needs. The C2100 can be used for a variety of new, revenue-generating applications, for example as L2 Ethernet LAN switches in high rise buildings or as datacenter application and aggregation switches. The C2100 offers clock synchronization services, allowing for mobile clocking synchronization from the core of the network. The C2100 can be used for various application scenarios as a mobile fronthaul switch for the mobile, business, and residential markets.
