1. Processing a consultation and responding with information about the outcome

2. Items of collected personal data
Required items :
Name, all identifying information provided in the report (attachments, content, and other information, such as the report's type, the target company,
and the incident's history and specifics) and the relationship between the informant and the company are all included.

Optional items :
Mobile phone number and email address

3. Personal information retention and use period: Up to 3 months after consultation processing and providing a reply with the result

4. The right to refuse consent and disadvantages upon refusal
You have the option to decline giving consent for the gathering and use of your personal data. However, there might be service limitations if you object to the
collection and use of personal information, like not receiving notifications about the reception or processing of your information.
